can not change my email adress

    Hello,

    I want to change my email adress from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) but when I save the changes it automaticaly show the old adres again and I get an error messages.

    How can I changes it in to my other mail adres ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) )

    If you are referring to another free hosted WordPress.com blog then here are the instructions. If you requested the change but did not receive the e-mail confirmation to finalize it (or the confirmation did not work), please contact Staff. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
