    Hi there!

    Thank you for reaching out about your canceled domain. I understand that you’re looking for options to regain control of it. Here’s what we can do to help:

    Option 1: Repurchase the domain through us. We can send you an invoice to restore the domain. Once it’s restored, you’ll be able to point it to a new host. After 60 days, you can transfer the registration to another provider.

    Option 2: Repurchase a plan to host your site with us. If you don’t want to worry about the domain, you can buy an annual plan without the domain option and update us here.

    Both options require an $80 redemption fee in addition to the regular $13 domain renewal cost. This is set by our domain registrar and is not something we can waive. If you agree, I can send you a payment request and proceed with restoring the domain.
