Can not change theme

I have just started out with my blog but chose a theme that doesn’t work for me.
When I try to switch to a different theme, I am told to contact support.
This seems like the same problem mentioned above.

Actually yes: I am struggling now with the categories. I want to make different layers (main vs subcategories).
I my case, I write about places in different areas of Portugal; I would like that the first category shown for a post is always the region of the country and then after the theme (food, drink, …) but I cannot find where I can manage this.
I can only see where I can add a category next to a post. -

To have more Sub-categories like as you need Regions and then the Food and Drinks within them, you can have Sub-Categories, have a look at the guide here

The guide also explains how you can use the categories to have them in your Menu and Sidebar too , which will useful for you to organize your information.
