Can not click on Publish or Update

    I have created a website on my mobile phone. I have created posts and an about me section. They are saved in my drafts because I cant upload them to the website. Unfortunately the “publish” and “upload” tabs are clear instead of blue. Meaning you cant click on “publish” or “upload” So everything I create stays in my drafts. I have cleared my browser history and this does not fix the problem. Does anyone know what the problem is?
