  Dear WordPress:
  I want to create a site allow people to contribute in it. Like Quora for example.
  What is the feature I have to select?

  Hi,

  It’s a bit more complicated than selecting a feature. First, only WordPress.com members may become official contributors to a WordPress.com site. To allow contributors to your site, you would invite them to contribute and assign roles to them. See the following support pages:
