Can not edit DNS

  I am following these directions…https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/custom-dns/ When we hover over the records no pencil shows up to edit the record? Nor do I see the Edit DNS option? Am I missing something?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
