Can not edit images

  Hi!
  For some reason the popup menu that comes up when you try to delete or edit an image in the media library is longer popping up and I can not seem to make changes to the images. Help please?

  Hi jamesfarrellco,

  To confirm, when you click on an image in the Media Library, and the click the blue ‘Edit’ button, you’re not seeing the pop-up?

  Can you try it another browser so we can rule out browser issues?

  It sounds like you might be having a browser issue. You might try clearing your browser cache.

  Hi jamesfarrellco!

  You can edit and delete images by visiting your Media Library, and there are a few ways to access this:

  You can click on My Sites, and find Media listed under Publish. Here, you’ll be able to see all your uploaded images. If you click on an image, you’ll be presented with the option to Edit or Delete.

  The Media Library can also be accessed while you are editing a post by clicking on the Insert Content button, which can be found in the toolbar. To edit or delete an image that you’ve uploaded, just click on the image and select the pencil (to edit) or trash (to delete) icons.
