  I receive this message when I try to log in…please help me understand what I can do to enter

  Hey there,

  lastfrontiersmission.com isn’t hosted with WordPress.com, and so we don’t have access to the site.

  This means our support overall is limited in this instance, but if it were hosted with WordPress.com, we’d be able to look into the error and help with providing next steps.

  To explain, there’s two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com, where we provide daily backups, automatic updates, a 24/7 support service and an optimised version of WordPress. The second is self-hosted WordPress, where the free open source version of the software is installed onto a server.

  It’s possible to migrate the site over to WordPress using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
