Can not enter wp-admin

Hi, when I try to enter to edit my wordpress blog by typing http://www.ojespain.com/login/ and http://www.ojespain.com/wp-admin/ and in the first case it shows ‘error 404 Oops, This Page Can Not Be Found!’ and on the second option it shows ‘This has been disabled’.
Please I need your help, I do not know what to do to enter the admin dashboard.
