Can not export data

    Hi,

    I get this error below and could not export my blog data:

    ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.’

    Do you know the reason why?

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there,

    That error typically means either a process timed out on our end, or something in your browser is blocking a network call required for the process to work.

    Our logs show the export file was generated successfully, and it looks like we sent you an email containing a link to download the file. Did you receive that email? If it’s not in your inbox, also check Spam, and if you’re using Gmail, the Social and Updates folders.
