Can not find blog in dashboard

  I can not find my blog when I log into dashboard. https://undercardiacarrest.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I can locate the blog here http://undercardiacarrest.wordpress.com/
  This is the Admin login link http://undercardiacarrest.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Do know that you must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

  Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

  I have done all this and it does not show up in dashboard.
  https://undercardiacarrest.wordpress.com – is still live
  My name is in the header when I am logged in??

  I see the matching username account here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/undercardiacarrest
  I believe you are not logged in under the correct username account.

  I have lost the username. I did this years ago and I just want to turn it off.
  Do I have any other recourse?
