Can not find details to access site

  I have used WordPress for this site for around 6 years, and haven’t had a problem in the past. However, after a period of not making any updates, I’ve found that I am unable to log in to the site from the back end to make any changes as there has been some problems with the site.

  I have changed my site hosting from GoDaddy to TSOHost, but my domain still remains with GoDaddy, and all changes have been made to keep the site functioning. I am just unable to access the back end of the site now to make changes to it. I created the site through WordPress on GoDaddy, but the site must still exist if it’s live and semi-working.

  I was wondering if it would be possible to help me find out what the problem is, and if the details for the account are available anywhere to allow me to access it.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Have you tried resetting the password via: http://jacknugentdesign.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword?

  To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

  Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

  You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
