CAN NOT find "general settings" in settngs to change blog name

  Hi.

  I know you have had this lots of times, but I still don’t get it.

  I want to change the title of this blog (the total blog, not any one post)

  http://stevedrant.wordpress.com/

  Every similar topic says just “settings – general”

  But there is no such option under the “settings” as I pull them up.

  Another thread said maybe such a person was in the “global area”.

  What am I doing wrong?

  I hope I feel stupid when I come back in a few hours time :-)

  Your main dashboard for the site you reference would be at http://stevedrant.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Settings > general for your site would be at http://stevedrant.wordpress.com/options-general.php

  I changed my blog name under Settings–?General but my blog still has the old name under the My Blogs listing, and all links on Facebook display the old name. Please help me change it wherever else it needs to be changed.
