Can not find menu settings for right menu

  Losing my mind over something so simple.
  
  I can not find the menu options or even where the menu is located in settings.
  
  The menu in question is the right hand menu
  ( Search – Cart – All Products – Not Quite Vintage….)

  I am running mega menu which I assumed was the cause for this to vanish. However I have tried to search for it with everything else no activated and still no luck.
  
  The widget areas are empty for that part of the site. There is only one ‘Primary’ Menu set.
  
  NOTE – The menu in question does show at the top of the site when on mobile. This should be a clue for how to find it but I still can’t.
  
  Any clues/ideas as to why I can not find it in the settings?
