  how can I get a real person to walk me through the procedure I want a website with the upgrade I purchase a while ago rather than a blog. I also can not find my CHOWAPP domain. Thank you

  not that I know… Do you see where my upgrade i purchase a month ago? I did the domain in the same time.

  The only purchase i see on your account was in September 2013 on the site dreamessentiels.wordpress.com. You can see that purchase in your Billing History here:

  Can you tell the exact domain you bought a month ago?

  chowapp.com and I purchase the upgrade package on sale for $99
  I used my husband card to do this transaction.
