This account is the correct one for that site. However, there are no paid purchases or plans running on it.
Can you let me know what you were expecting to find? Were you using a custom domain, for example? It could still be there’s something on a different account.

I have paid 118 euros.
Under purchases in my wordpress account i can not see my purchase..
I am loosing confidencce with my experience on wordpress.
From my understanding if i want to cancel within the 14 day periods i have to go to purchases and i should see my purchase and i can cancel it from there.
But under purchase for my account there is nothing there.
The system thinks that i have not purchased any thing and that I am a “free” account user.

This still sounds like you’re logged into the wrong account. Can you let us know if you added a custom domain to your plan? If so, can you let us know what it is? We can look you up through the system using that. Thanks!

You can only cancel a purchase when you are logged to the account that made that purchase.
As already said you are logged in to the wrong account!
You never answered the question a Staff member asked you 2 days: what custom domain did you order?

Did you try to use the Transaction ID – https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieve-a-transaction-id – to restore access to the account that made that purchase? You find all info at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

euroxfer.wordpress.com is a free subdomain. At the point of payment most people choose a custom domain. Have you checked with your bank to ensure payment actually went through. There will be a transaction number on your bank statement you would be able to use if you do indeed have another account here.

To repeat what staff and volunteers have already told you, if you don’t have any purchase history under this account then that suggests you have more than one WordPress.com account. You need to be logged into the correct account to cancel. Do you have more than one email address? What were you hoping to achieve by paying rather than building a free site at euroxfer.wordpress.com?? Are you positive you didn’t register a custom domain address when you paid? Knowing that would help staff trace your site/payment. If you can see the Transaction ID on your bank statement you can follow the links already provided by @staartmees to solve your problem.
