can not find the plugin link

  Hi ,

  I have created a blog named sapetrm7 in which i could not find the plugin section from where we can install the plugins for our blog.The url is
  http://www.sapientstar.wordpress.com

  Please help me out

  You cannot add plugins to a WordPress.com site. Read the sticky threads at the top of the forum, particularly this one:
