can not get into account

I deleted my old account, (email visible only to moderators and staff).
Then I started a new account, (email visible only to moderators and staff).
Then I paid $300.00 For Business Plan.
Now what I paid for is not on my new account.
Says it is on another account.
Now I do not have information to recover the old account, or whatever account it is on.
i can give all information, and credit card information when I bought the plan

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the site you are trying to access (http://skykatt.blog/). This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the site. You’ll need to log into THAT user account in order to make any changes.
Also, the deleted account is not the owner of the site either. You must have created another account at some point and used that to purchase your hosting plan.
