  What error messages are you getting when you try to purchase with your credit card? Also, which country is your credit card being issued from?

  hi, it keeps saying insufficient funds.
  it is a corporate card and i have tried mine and a colleagues. It does have enough funds in as I have had the balance increased.
  please advise we would like to buy a business account.
  The country is South Africa.

  while you are trying to fix it can you upgrade me to a trial business account in the interim. it wont even let me do that.

  We aren’t showing that your card ever reached our systems at all for this account. This means that if there was an problem it was either with your banking institution or with the payment processor, Paypal. You can reach out directly to Paypal and see what might be preventing the purchase from going through. Here is their contact information:
