Can not get to site

    I have have my site for years. Today I get a blank page that says ‘you do not have a website yet’. What??? The website itself is online I can go to it , but I can not edit it at all. My password did not work, had to reset that, and then that didn’t work. I cleared my cookies, which is sometimes suggested and I still can not access my account.

    Also, that is not my user name. I can get a password reset through my email, but it just takes me to the page that says I have no blog. If I try to reset my password using my real “username”, it doesn’t not send me an email to reset. I feel like my account has been hacked or something. Please help…. there seems to be no way to contact support via phone or anything.

    What is the URL of the site you’re looking for?

    You are posting here as the WordPress.com username account, lynnmasters77. This account was created in March 2019, but has never owned any sites with us, and hasn’t been active for more than a year.

    If you have a site hosted on WordPress.com, you created it under a different username, associated with a different email address.
