Can not Import Post (post again)

  I imported post to my blog from Oct 20, 2015, but I didn’t receive any notification email yet.
  When i get to the import tool again, it keeps saying that
  ‘We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.’

  I have posted a support request 3 days ago, but till now there’s nothing changed. It’s getting stuck with the Import, I couldn’t do anything.
