Can not import to Bluehost

    first of all, Bluehost support.. awesome. they tried for 40 minutes to help me.

    We exported out blog on WordPress.

    Bought hosting with Bluehost.

    installed with fantastico

    went to import the blog via import, and it says:
    Sorry, there has been an error.

    File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini.

    Ive tried and the Bluehost tech tried, and we were both given the same answer.

    the ini file is fine.

    set to accept 20m file size.

    and file is not empty.

    please help!
