Can Not Locate WordPress Premium Upgrade Payment History

  I can not recall when or where I had paid to upgrade to WordPress Premium for my website: conciemus.com

  I’ve logged into Mojo and it’s not there.
  I’ve logged into my Bluehost account where my site is hosted, it’s not there.

  It’s not showing in my Billing history for my account on WordPress.com either…

  I’m trying to recall how much I had spent for this upgrade, and how much time I have left until it needs to be renewed.

  I’m lost :(

  Also note that there is no domain mapping upgrade for conciemus.com here at WordPress.COM.
