Can not log in

I just made a change to my About Page and am trying to preview it. When I click on the ‘View Page’ button it brings me to a MOJO Marketplace page where it says my site is coming soon and to login if I’m the Admin. This takes me to the WordPress login screen, but it doesn’t recognize my user name. I clicked ‘Lost Password’ and have entered my user name and tried my email address, but it says those are not valid. Where is the problem? My site isn’t live yet and I don’t know how to preview it or even publish it! Thanks for any help you can give. adriennesinklings.com

Just a heads up that this is WordPress.com and I believe you actually have a self-hosted installation of WordPress. You’ll find more help that may be relevant to you over at https://wordpress.org/support/ — but I’ll try and help here.
I’m not familiar with MOJO Marketplace but it looks like your site is hosted there — would that be the correct presumption? If so, sometimes hosted-services such as this may have created a default username and password for you (and it isn’t always obvious unfortunately) — you might need to log into your MOJO Marketplace account and check on your account settings.
If you still aren’t able to log into your website — and assuming MOJO Marketplace is your hosting service provider, you should call them up and inquire about access because they would be able to assist you directly with troubleshooting. Of course, correct me if I am wrong here and once we better understand your situation — I’m sure we can find the right answer to resolve the problem you’ve encountered.

Thank you for trying to help so quickly. Full disclosure, I am a tech idiot so I don’t always know the best terminology. I’m hosted by Bluehost and MOJO Marketplace is where I got my Theme from. I assumed my issue is with WordPress because when I try to preview my pages it takes me to the WordPress login, but it doesn’t recognize my username.

Thanks for clarifying where you are hosted — and no worries about level of knowledge — we all start from zero :)
Now that we know you are hosted by Bluehost — would I be correct in thinking you are on their WordPress hosting plan? Or are you on the shared hosting plan? Depending on which plan you are on — there may be a couple of ways to resolve it.
1. If you are on the WordPress hosting plan, you could try to login to your site from the Bluehost admin panel. I’m not familiar with it but some hosting services have that feature.
2. If you are on the shared hosting plan, you may need to inquire with Bluehost’s support to see if they can help you either roll back the changes made by the installation of the new theme — in order to see if you can then gain access to your site. I’m purely speculating here whether Bluehost would do this, because other hosting providers have done so for friends of mine in the past.

Ehren, you are an absolute lifesaver! I was able to log in through Bluehost as you suggested and it’s working. I can not begin to tell you how frustrated I was. Thank you for taking the time to help. It is so appreciated!
