can not log in for changes

    after trying to log in the bellow massage appears:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/beaut126/public_html/wp-content/themes/pure-line/library/functions/options.php on line 12

    Dear wordpress ,
    I’m not a pro & probably the solution is very easy,I’ve spend days and hours and nothing,there is many many stupied photoes and adds on the site,pleeaaaaaasssssssssssee do some thing about it,I can not log in the message i get is ;

    Yes you’re right the site is with HOSTPAPA ,I called them they spent time and said WORDPRESS has to do some thing ,I search for
    www.beaute1farideh.ca at the bottom right is the log in sign ,I enter the user name and the pass word,as i said :

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/beaut126/public_html/wp-content/themes/pure-line/library/functions/options.php on line 12

    appeares,....i don know ..I'll try with the links you gave,many many thanks
