Can not log-in, get a new password or get Assisted Account Recovery

  I have had to sign-in with a new account as I can’t login to my usual account.

  I cannot login
  I cannot get a password renewal – no email has arrived in my email inbox or junk folder
  I have applied for an Assisted Account Recovery and heard nothing in 3 hours.

  What can I do?

  There is frequently a backlog of days not hours.
