Can not log in with my usernamen or mailadress

  Need to login to wordpress and do an update.
  My login for my site http://www.oskarkullander.se on wordpress is ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ with the username ‘ok’
  But when I log in it says ‘There is no account with that username or email address’

  What do you do in that situation? An login and email address can not just disappear?
