can not log into admin dashboard

  I am having an enormous difficulty trying to log into my admin dashboard. One screen that comes up tells me “not found”, on another attempt a screen ask me to log in but says my user name/email isnt correct(it is). A different log in attempt tells me there is no user registered with my email address. I am very much confused. I want to edit my site and do some work on it but cannot do so. I have looked but cannot find a solution to my problem. I have tried to contact support but no reply. My cookies are cleared/enabled etc but can not find any solution.
