can not log into my account

  Hi. I can not log into my account anymore because my webdesigner is out of reach. The account is connected to his email address which I dont know. What is the way to re-access my site again? I signed in for a free account to be able to access this forum to find out what to do.

  Hi there,

  If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a PayPal transaction ID, or the original activation link, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover the account.

  In order to regain access to your account, the best bet is to try to somehow contact the current webdesigner to see if they are willing to transfer ownership over to you.

  I can e-mail the address associated with the account for you, if that would help.

  We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.
