I can log into my existing website using http://Website-name.com/wp-login.php?loggedout=true BUT using the email listed in the website is not recognized by WordPress.

Additionally: The purpose of logging in is to update my credit card info for Woo Commerce as I received an email from Woo Commerce stating my subscription will auto renew but the credit card has expired. NOTE: (a) THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT WOO COMMERCE CONTACTED ME USING AND (b) IS LISTED IN THE SUPPLIED LINK GIVES ME THE ERROR MESSAGE “NO ACCOUNT ON FILE WITH THIS EMAIL”. This cannot be possible. Using recovery states no such email exists!!!

I was only able to log into this forum by creating a new account and hoping I can link it with my existing account but that doesn’t seem possible.

This is WordPress.com. Is your unnamed site hosted elsewhere? I assume you used another WordPress.com account to purchase WooCommerce? Have you tried the account recovery link? This thread has also been tagged to ask if a WordPress.com staff member could advise.
