Can not login to website or account

  Hi, I have a domain with WordPress.com called https://offtheshelf.shop/. I was busy debugging the website to find a fault. I disabled all the plugins and now the website is down. I tried to log in to the WordPress.com account associated with this domain but now it is telling me that my password is incorrect which is impossible. I tried to rest the password but I have not received a password reset :)
