can not login wp-admin

  Hi,
  I have completely lost access to wordpress wp-admin software to add pages/plugins etc. I can log in using wordpress.com but it seems to be different software and do not give me full access that I get through wp-admin! Why is that? Secondly, when I login through wordpress.com, a plugin ‘Under Construction’ automatically reactivates upon log out even when I have already deactivated it. This plug-in puts a page showing user site is under construction but it seems to be stopping me from accessing wp-admin! Any help to get my site back up will be greatly appreciated!

  Can you share your website link? I can have a look at it and see if it’s a WordPress.com site, or a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site to assist further.

  From what it looks like, a corrupt plugin is barring your entry into your self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site using the wp-admin interface.

  You are able to login using WordPress.com though, because of the Jetpack integration.

  The current community forums we are on is meant for questions related to WordPress.com.

  For questions related to self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org), you will have to ask on self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) community forums.
