Can not make changes to website

    Hi,
    The person who took care of our website is no longer with us. I have been tasked with updating our website and am unsure why I can not make any changes to the site. While on the site it states that we do not have a domain or a website. Did we miss a payment in the change over? If that is the case can someone please contact me so I can make a payment.

    Thanks for confirming. I can see that centerlinefestival.com is listed on our managed hosting, but is under a different account. The reason you cannot see it is because @clfestivalfoundation has not been added as an admin on the site.

    To clarify, they did not officially transfer ownership of the site to you? Are you still in contact with them? The best way to proceed is to have them contact us directly and then we can assist with getting the site and all billing transferred to an account that you control.

    If you are not able to contact them for some reason to prompt them to reach out to us, it is more difficult to access the site, since you will need to provide some proof of ownership such as a billing receipt for one of the upgrades purchased on that site. If charges for this site are billed to you and something you see in credit card statements on your end then you will have the info you need for this.     However, it is best/fastest if you can contact the admin of the site and ask them to transfer the site to you as directed here:

    Hi, I did an account recovery yesterday morning and have not heard anything about my account. How long does it take for an account recovery?

    Hey @clfestivalfoundation,

    If you submitted our account recovery form, it will send a ticket to our accounts team. There is not a specific timeline, but they answer tickets in the order they were received and they will follow up with you by email as soon as they are able.
