can not make website in wordpress.

i have a domain which i have bought from godaddy and a hosting from hostgator now how can i create the website from wordpress ? means how to combine all three together ?

Your options are:
1) Map your domain: If you prefer to keep your domain at a different provider, you will need an upgraded WordPress.com plan on your site in order to map a domain. Have you already paid HostGator? Have you already set up a site with them? You need to decide if you want to be here at WordPress.com (by creating another site here and following the instructions provided by @catkiinson) or at HostGator setting up a site with the WordPress.org software (or even one of the other platforms they offer).
