can not modify the content structure to be similar page's premium design

  The problem I’ve got is the design of premium webpage https://organizationdemo.wordpress.com/ isn’t similar as my free wordpress site at https://laphongdovn.wordpress.com/ .I try many things from https://laphongdovn.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php?theme=premium%2Forganization to category in https://laphongdovn.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ . But I can’t find out how to make
  organizationdemo.wordpress.com’s structure suchas: header feature image slideshows, three columns with 3 buttons ‘learn more’, last articles and recycling tips with ‘learn more’… The default designs for the purchased premium web is too difficult to change to be the same the originals. So I need a help from wordpress pro users to make my web online soon. Thank in advance any suppoters and

  Ok I’m find the tutor at https://wordpress.com/themes/laphongdovn.wordpress.com/organization/support/ . Better if it’s chosen by the default. Hard to see but easy to do with.
