Can not move my Menu

    Hi, I am using theme Russel to create Portfolio. I have tried everything to change the menu order using Appearance, but I just can not. I never faced the problem of arranging menus while creating previous 2 websites.

    I am not a technical person. Can you help on a call? Please do not advice to watch videos I have already done that and those are just not helping?
