Can not open site

I paid for a domain and SSl certificate with wordpress two months ago and am using their recommended site BlueHost and now wordpress is saying I don’t have an account and my whole website has disappeared? I have lost all my data. When i log onto Bluehost and click manage my site i just get a lot of error codes.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
