Can not post comments and sign-up email with password is delivered to spam box.

I have wordpress now installed on my site http://www.geekdout.net. When users sign up, for some reason the email with their password is sent to their spam box, this is the first problem. The next and more important problem actually is that when users register, they are unable to post any comments under my articles. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
