Can not publish a post nor a page, all post end up saved as a draft.

I created my accounts few weeks ago, and now I’m about to create and publish my post. How ever when I click the Publish button, my writing end up saved as a draft. It marked as scheduled, but even after I change the status and the time, it still not appear on my site.
Today I try to create the same writing as a new post and pay attention to all the detail (Based on the information of similar issue on the forum) before I publish it, but it wouldn’t publish too.
Please help me!
I haven’t used WordPress in a year, but I have older account, I never had this problem back then.Your kind help will be highly appreciated.

Before you can publish posts and pages, you’ll need to confirm the email address linked to your WordPress.com account. I just sent you an email to help with that confirmation step — please let me know if you don’t receive that email from me. :)

Please send the same exact thing to me. I am having the same issue. I have created a page and attempted to publish. I have received the notice that I need to confirm my email. I clicked on that link about 20 times and no confirmation email received. Thanks.

Going to post my own forum question and see if it’s there.
