Can not purchase a package

  I have submitted this issue for a week straight trying to get it resolved. My site needs an upgrade. Every time I try to upgrade the page will not load. When I try to purchase a package instead…I am unable to select the business package for 299 and the website starts shaking. I have tried for a week straight on multiple different computers. I use this site for my business and I do not want to loose my domain. Please help. I need this fixed ASAP!
