Can not recover password

  I received an email last week to update my wordpress site because of a possible compromise. I have been trying to recover and reset my password to do so. The password assistance states I will receive an email to recover my password, but I have not received anything. I have tried several times over the last week and nothing. Please help!

  Hi! Have you tried checking your “Junk” or “Spam” folder. These types of emails sometimes end up there.

  This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site at http://365promisesofgod.com/ because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
