  I will try to help you with this. There’s nothing to worry about. We all forget credentials, happens to me all the time!
  You can recover your account by filling up Account Recovery Form on the following link –
  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  All you need to know is either of Username or Email address of that account.
