Can not renew my domain name in wordpress

I can not renew my domain name. The renewing surface is not working. I have just 3 days left, and I could not pay for my domain name. I am going through the paypal paying phrase, but at the end on the top of the page there is something (‘This offer includes services that your page currently not have’) in red, and I keep clicking on renewal but it does not work. How could I pay for the services?

I renewed it last year on march 22, how could it not possibly be the account that has the rights? Now it is expired, and the problem is the same, I can not renew it. Please do something with it. I tried from other username (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the problem is still the same…You will lose a customer if it going to be like this…

Did you provide the credit card to the owner of the upgrade to use on the account? I see that the transaction last year was made under your name, but the upgrade isn’t under your account.
What I could do is contact the owner and get their consent to transfer the upgrade over to you so that you can renew it without issue moving forward.

Yes, we tried the credit card also. I have dne this blog since last year, and I could also renewed it on my own. How could I be the owner of it? The other guys are not involved anymore. I already lost a lot of readers….

So, I looked at the blog history and the domain has been renewed by the owner each year except for last year when you renewed it. Yet, you’ve never owned the actual domain under your personal account. So, you must’ve renewed it from the expired page last year:

So, are you saying that you are trying to do that very thing and you are having trouble? You should be able to go to debrecenbar.com and click the blue renew now button and renew the domain yourself. If that isn’t the case, let me know, and I’ll resolve the renewal on my end.

Blue renewal button already clicked 100 times and it did not work. The robot figure has showed that I have to renew the domain. I clicked on it, than as I said before when I clicked on ‘Renew for 26 dollars’ the page is just refreshed…(also on the top from the very begining: (‘This offer includes services that your page currently not have’) in red, and I keep clicking on renewal but it does not work. How could I send you a print screen? It would me much more eaasier.
