  This site at https://edisonwellness.wordpress.com/ is hosted by wordpress.COM and therefore is on wordpress.COM servers.

  This site at edisonwellnesscom.ipage.com is a wordpress.ORG software install hosted by iPage and is on their servers

  WordPress.COM sites and WordPress.ORG sites have different logins and support forums. You are posting to the wrong support forum for support for your software. Also be aware of who the web host is for your site(s) and contact them for any hosting issues.

  That site is not hosted on wordpress.COM servers. This is wordpress.COM support. We do not provide support for local installs of wordpress.ORG software, or for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
