Can not see my Attributes text

Hi, can someone please help, currently my sites attributes text is missing or I should say their white font as my background is white so you can not see them but they are there.
If you look at any of my products you will not see the Attribute text, you will see the drop down beside/belonging to the attribute.

How do I fix this, I have tried using the Themes customise but it does not work for this text area.
