Can not see webmaster tools on my wordpress

  Hello,
  On one of my websites (Dobrypapa.com) I do not have an option in my Tools to enter Webmaster meta tags.
  I manage 3 websites on WordPresss and I do not have a problems on 2 of those.
  What can be the problem and how can I fix it?
  Please, advise.
