Can not transfer domain

    My domain registry has supported unlock the domain, I got EPP code. However, when I follow the step and WordPress response ‘cresthanhlykygui.com can’t be transferred due to a transfer lock at the registry’.

    I double check with my domain registry and they double confirmed that the domain has been unlocked and can be transferred.

    Please give me more information on how to transfer my domain. Thank you very much.

    According to an ICANN lookup of the domain, the domain contact info may have been updated on November 13, which could’ve caused another lock on the domain.

    You’ll want to make sure the transfer lock is removed on the domain and then try to transfer the domain again.
