Can not upgrade to PREMIUM Plan

    Hello Community

    My website currently shows the “Free” in the Upgrade section.

    I want to upgrade my plan to a “PREMIUM” plan so that I can use the “Pay with PayPal” feature.

    When i try to purchase a PREMIUM plan, I just don’t get the option to upgrade to PREMIUM whereas I am just getting the option to upgrade to the BUSINESS & eCommerce plan.

    Kindly help me with this.

    Hey there, I can see this is a bit tangled up, but no worries. We can help.

    First of all, can you log in with the account used to make the purchase? Then update us here.

    Also, just to let you know the process when you’re in the right account:

    – You previously used a Business plan. It wasn’t ever downgraded properly (where we remove any outside themes and plugins.)

    – Now you’re trying to upgrade again, but the only plans that will work with the site as-is are Business and eCommerce.

    So you just need to contact us from the right account to authorize the downgrade. We’ll go from there.
