can not upload jpg images

  When I follow the add images instructions, the image appears as a ghost image and in the middle is an arrow that goes in a circle. No matter how long I wait the image is not downloaded to wordpress. I have tried to load very small jpg images and they still do not download.

  Have you tried the upload under a different browser than the one that you are currently using? Let me know if that works.
