Can not upload new Theme

  I cannot upload new theme. the where to drag the theme’s .zip file into the box is not activated. I can not click the box.

  You can’t upload third party and customs themes on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/
